Gum benzoin is often called as Gum Benjamin or Storax Benzoin and in India it is widely known as Loban. Gum Benzoin is a fragrant balsamic resin obtained from tree species of the genus Styrax in the family Styracaceae. The Gum Benzoin tree is native to the tropical reaches of Java, Sumatra islands. It is harvested by making triangular incisions into the tree's bark to establish a flow, which then hardens into lumps when exposed to air and sunlight.
Benzoin is a common ingredient in incense-making and perfumery because of its sweet vanilla-like aroma and fixative properties that slowing the dispersion of essential oils and other fragrant materials into the air. It is used as flavouring agent in baked goods and other foods and as a preservative in natural cosmetics as a substitute for vanilla. Traditionally Gum Benzoin is a major component of church incense. The fragrant smoke of Benzoin serves as an excellent insect repellent and fumigant. Tincture of benzoin is made by soaking benzoin resin in alcohol. Tincture of benzoin solution is a topical adhesive agent used to provide tackiness and enhance the adhesive property of tape. It also has antiseptic properties and used in cleaning the sores, cuts, wounds, and skin abrasions.
We offer excellent quality Gum Benzoin in various sizes and grades like Mata Kasar, Nut Size, Corn size, Rice size, Sugar Size, Tahir, Jurur, Dust, etc. as per the specific requirement of the customers.

Gum Damar is a natural gum and resin from trees in the Dipterocarpaceae family and mostly obtained by tapping live trees. Damar is a Malay word meaning resin or torch made from resin. It is readily soluble in spirits and gives very pale films with high gloss, impermeable and excellent colour stability.
Damar is mainly used in lacquers to give gloss and provide adhesive properties. It is also an ingredient in varnishes, emulsion and painting mediums. Dammar varnish, is a mix of dammar gum and turpentine, which is commonly used in oil painting, both during the painting process and after the painting is finished.
Dammar is used in foods, as a clouding or glazing agent, and in incense, water-resistant coatings and injection moulding materials. Dammar crystals are also dissolved in molten paraffin wax to make batik, to prevent the wax from cracking when it is drawn onto silk or rayon. Damar crystals are dissolved into beeswax with pigment added to harden it in order to make encaustic paints.
Damar Gum is bright, joyful and cleansing with fragrant sweet notes. Damar used in incense sticks and is said to be particularly useful in overcoming sadness, depression and melancholy and has a light, airy sweet smell. In fragrance Damar is used as a substitute to the expensive Gum Mastic which is of Greek origin.
We supply hand sorted Gum Damar in ABX, AC, DE, EE and Dust grades.

Damar Batu is the petrified natural resin of ancient Shorean trees. It is obtained by collecting the hardened resin exudates, lying below the ground in fossilized form, close to the tree roots. The collected resin is then cleaned to remove mud and dirt residue and then sun dried. The quality of Damar Batu is determined mainly by the size of the resin lump, their colour and the amount of Damar dust.
We are one of the largest Damar Batu processor and exporter from Indonesia. Our Damar Batu processing units are located in Medan, Jakarta and Kalimantan. The major grades of Damar Batu we supply are Bombay (Super Grade), Calcutta (Medium Grade) and Dust.

Oleo Pine Resin is a natural mixture of oil, carboxylic acid and is obtained by tapping the living Pine trees using the similar method of tapping the Rubber trees. These resins are in liquid gummy form in early stage, but it hardens with time and treatment. The Gum Rosin and Turpentine oil are extracted from Oleo Pine resin as they are the major component in it. Oleo Pine resin contains around 70% Gum Rosin and 14% Turpentine. So it is mainly used as the raw material for extracting the Gum Rosin and Turpentine oil.
The Oleo Pine Resins are soluble in alcohol but not in water and has high refractive index that makes it glossy. Therefore, oleo pine resins and their derivatives are major component in paint, Varnish, adhesive and paper industry. It is also used in medicines.
We are one of the largest suppliers of Oleo Pine resin (Pine Mercusii) from Indonesia. Our Oleo Pine resin is having 82-85% output. We procure, clean and pack OPR in our Madan Unit and shipping to major countries across the globe.

Gum Rosin, also known colophony or Greek pitch, is a yellowish solid vitreous product resulting from the distillation of Oleo Pine Resin from pine trees. At room temperature rosin is brittle, but it melts at 75°C. It primarily consists of different resin acids, especially abietic acid.
Rosin is a basic material for paint industry because rosin is easy to dissolve in alcohol, gasoline, turpentine and others organic solvent. Rosin has colour carrier and enhance colour adhesive property and used in printing ink. Rosin is an unavoidable component in papermaking industry as sizing agent because it can prevent printing oil soaking and dispersing from paper, improves the strength and smoothness of paper; enhances the anti- abrasion of paper.
Rosin is used for manufacturing Abietylamine Acetate which has got an Antibacterial property and is effective in killing algae, bacteria, mildew, mollusc and other pests.
Rosin is used as a softening agent to make the rubber soft and easy for kneading, make the filling agent easily dispersed. In addition, this can also help disperse the pigment in the rubber and make the product smooth on surface. With the help of Rosin, rubber gets an increased endurance to laceration and better elasticity.
Rosin is used for enhancing the strength, plasticity and viscosity of various adhesive. It is also used as an insulator. Being an excellent electric insulator, rosin has been used in the production electronic equipment and as a soldering aid. Abietic acid is the main ingredient of rosin which can be made into a variety of light active and bioactive matters, that have special effects on human body or other organisms. The hydrogenated rosin is used to produce chewing gum. Because of its friction-increasing capacity its powder is used in many sports to reduce the moisture on palms and improve grip.
We offer the Gum Rosin in X, WW, etc. grades.

Turpentine is a volatile liquid obtained by the distillation of Oleo Pine Resin.
It is mainly used as an industrial solvent and applied as thinner for paints and varnishes. It is also effective in removing oil and acrylic based paints, varnishes, tar, etc. due to its strong cleaning properties. It also has various medicinal uses including disinfectant. It is used for Muscle Pain, Toothaches, etc. as it creates a warming sensation when applied to the skin. Inhaling the vapours of turpentine oil can reduce thick secretions caused by bronchial diseases. It is also used as a food and beverage flavouring in very small quantities.
